Pathetic customer service, extremely rude owner. They don't have basic courtesy to even check their own items for any damages. All they care is upfront payment that's it. Delivered a damage product and that too different from what they showed in the store not only that the measurements were off too. However, they absolutely denied any compensation and on top of it were very harsh and cheap in their conduct.

I highly recommend not to buy anything from them ... especially custom made!

Collection is same as any other shops in Pandri area. But very high prices comparatively. They don't understand customer needs , just want to earn money.

Awesome up to date collections and budget friendly choices make this outlet a must visit wedding shopping place.went with my sister and mom and the varieties available in budget range were superb.
