Agent collected sample for RTPCR test on 30th March.Its already 2 nd of April but the agent has not provided the report.Also he has collected 900 rs for which no invoice is provided.Customer care is not responding.No one answers the landline number of lab.Pathetic services

They haven't contacted me even after three weeks of booking rtpcr test. They don't even pick up the phone. If you visit the lab, their people don't give any satisfactory reply. Very bad service.

Poor service not giving service for 1 covid test saying not possible for 1 patient we can go for 4 or more than 4
