For food i will give 4 ⭐ but for service i will give 0 ⭐ it took more than 2 hours to serve 2 peoples that too with very simple order.
Staff is new and not trained, only 2 persons were there to manage 2 floors.
The coordination between the service staff and ground floor (cooking staff) was also missing. The confused staff presented wrong order and given cutlery to only 1 of us , i had to eat with service spoons.

Maybe it was only our bad luck because some old customers said that this is happening for the first time and they said they are regular to this cafe.

Good place for vegetarians, their rajma chawal bowl and burgers are good,

Really had bad experience, staff and store manager are so rude. One of the waiter spilled coffee on my white dress and didn't even bother to say sorry, when I made complaint about the same the manager was so rude and not talking properly or even bother to say a sorry on behalf of his staff
