I had booked this OYO hotel through the app in Rs 503. When I reached there the staff at reception denied the entry by saying that we do not take online bookings anymore and only offline booking is taking place. He told the price of my booked room is Rs 900. I tried to contact OYO customer care but they never received my call. I had paid already which I told to receptionist. He replied that I can't do anything. I argued that why are the bookings for your hotel is open online And why are you still using OYO's name. He said that we have applied for the closure of online booking to OYO but they haven't done it yet.
What I feel that he wanted to make some money but in ghatiya way.
Note : TV never works, No wifi.

Very bad experience. No Hot Water. Room and Bathroom was stinking. Untrained Staff. TV was not working. Wanted Room for 24 Hrs and they told ok as I checked in at 2100 P.M. it would have been up to 2100 P.M. next day but on next day at 10:00 A.M. started telling that you have to check by 11:00 A.M.as room is booked for someone else and told that their check out time is 11:00 A.M. Told that you will get complementary Breakfast but in the morning it was denied.
