Rude hotel staff behavior.

Dear Hotel Amit Regency,

I am writing to you with great disappointment and frustration over the behavior of some of your hotel staff during my recent stay at your establishment.

On [12/04/2023], I checked into your hotel with my friend and we were looking forward to a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
I had booked from oyo rooms and also paid fully. But when we went to the hotel, the hotel staff were asking for extra money. and they refused to give room. However, from the moment we arrived, we were met with unfriendly and unhelpful staff. we were met with rude and dismissive behavior.

Furthermore, on multiple occasions, we were subjected to inappropriate comments and gestures from some of your staff members. This behavior made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome at your hotel.

I must say that I am extremely disappointed with the behavior of your staff, as it is not reflective of the high standard of service that I expect from your hotel. I would appreciate it if you could take immediate action to address this issue and ensure that your staff members are trained to provide courteous and professional service to all guests.

I look forward to hearing from you about the steps that you have taken to address this matter.

Staff is very illiterate and dont have manners to talk.very dirty room and not even in house food supply. And not good for family stay very unsafe place.

This property is the best for stay .they gave me good house keeping service.
Not allow without ID, if any condition there own then share to guest before provide the room.
Thank you
