As expected from OYO hotels uncleaned bedsheets even after washed and I was facing problems while checkin during holi festival day. The reception guy first disagree at what rate paid on portal by me may he dislike discount rate provided and he show one room which disagree to change bed-sheet even after further request provided another room with AC that was good but having so mosquitos after allout used, hanger damage clearly told festival time helpless, washroom not having ventilation and rest is good.

Pathetic hotel. They are booking rooms at one price whereas charging additional amount generally more.than double at the time of check in. Hotel condition is also not very good. Service is pathetic. If you dont provide additional amount check in will be denied. I would highly recommend not to book such cheap hotel.

Booking amount is so defferent ,, show in app 465 but they are charges 800 rupees ,,,this is not fare ???? This is sheer fraud, the company should take action against us.
