I would have given zero stars if possible
In one sentence, they are really slow.
I bought a maruti ertiga today, it was a special day for my family so i arrived here an hour earlier so my mother wouldn't have to wait for hours on the end on her birthday.
But even with all the documents done we had to wait for 4 hours to get the gate pass. It was such a bad experience.
Go for Maruti but Don't go here..

I had a good experience coming here, let me first tell you that there are almost all the vehicles here but I wanted Ertiga which I could not get due to high demand, due to which I am facing some problem.
