My experience with IT Mint has always been great. We wanted to launch a News aggregation website and were on a tight deadline and wanted to outsource the web development to a professionally elegant team with decent experience.

Mr Santosh Sona, of IT Mint not only understood our requirements but suggested us some changes that didn't make sense to us at first but we can see their results now in the long run.

I'm writing this review as I'm renewing our annual maintenance contract with the company for the third year straight.

I got in touch with IT MINT through one of their former clients in the manufacturing industry. The scope of our project wasn't explicitly defined as there were a bunch of things we wanted to build but were unsure of the correct chronology of modules.

Mr. Santosh Sona, the owner himself visited our premises on a short notice after a brief converstaion over phone and guided us on how we should go about it. He was very upfront about his domain expertise and the modules of the project which might have required him to subcontract those modules to a 3rd party, given our tight deadlines, something that most companies do not disclose.

We got the project finished within the deadline, well almost, not to mention received certain functionalities that their team perceptively took the liberty of building, all with no extra cost.

After completion support has been great too with most of our grievances being addressed within 48 hrs of being reported.

I cannot strees enough about the professionalism and work ethic of the company, especially Mr Santosh Sona and have been awarding them with repeat business ever since.
