If there is a provision for a minus rating. I would love to provide that.
We have booked 14 rooms for two days.
Room maintenance is "the" "the" "the worst". There are no words to explain it. There is no security; door locks are not working; there is no latch available for my room door; bedsheets are not good; rooms are stinking; there are no buckets in the washroom; and the ACs' are not working in a few of the rooms. Lift is not working.

Food is good. But never served on time as per the promise. Breakfast was served at brunch. Lunch was ready in the afternoon at 3:30. The management is poor. It was a horrible experience at the Vansh Palace Hotel. I urge everyone to check everything before opting for services from this place, and please don't finalise any deal by checking only one room if you want to book multiple rooms.
Finally, don't believe in the promises or words of management, they simply say everything will be done, everything will be ready at the time. But nothing will happen. Really, it was a pathetic experience.

There should be a rating which should show the actual reality of this 3rd class hotel.
Booked through online but denied for check in saying can't provide you rooms.
It was a nightmare searching 1 am. Hotels.

Only couple ????go there for there fun time and they are also compromised.

The infrastructure is good but the hotel staff is very bad , the hotel is not maintained. And the hotel rooms are showed at prices which are not accordance to that of hotel actual prices . This place is where people come hiding there faces and go hiding there faces and stay merely for hour. You know what I mean.
