One of the worst after Sales Service, The product are of very Poor Quality , In 26 Month the status had become worst . Can you expect so poor quality Sofa from Branded company like Durian , Refer photo attached

I purchased a sofa set worth 1.25 lac few years ago.
I was also offered 5 yrs warranty. After 2 years the poor quality of material started tearing apart, I called them but they said warranty only covers labor and materials cost will be borne by customer. Then what is the warranty offered for? Waste products and waste of money. Never ever visit them. On top of it your number gets shared with spammers like holiday planners who call you by the reference of durian.

Poor quality furniture , The Syntheticl leather are bad started flaking in 17 Months of my purchase and has refuse to change under warranty , The rates to repair are extremely high . Do check before buying furnitures from Durian Brand . The quality is extremely poor .
