I have been visiting the doctors for more than 6 years, for ENT & EYES, they are genuinely nice, people here in the reviews are mad because they have not been to professional doctors before, both the doctors are well renowned in raipur, if you don't believe me ask any doctor you visit about Dr.Rakesh Gupta & they will tell you who they are, people in the comment section are used to going big doctors with hefty amounts & services but they lack experience & the mode of treatment is shallow, these doctor diagnose properly & suggest you medicine only if necessary.
He is an ENT specialist & has another clinic in Shanti nagar for hospitalisation & operation.
The doctor is precise with their reports & do not engage in sweet talking like other doctors as they have more important errands to run.
So before you make any assumptions visit them or ask a doctor from raipur about them & you will know for yourself.
I've undergone laryngoscopy & it was all good without any complications, although i was under observation for a month to avoid the operation as recovery of speech takes time.

Hands down the worst doctor and experience I have had. Unprofessional, rude, and more importantly incapable of giving a correct diagnosis. He will scare a patient so much, panic them without even providing a proper mode of treatment. Better to go to ANYONE BUT HIM. such horrid, inefficient doctors should lose their license and practice. WORST! DO NOT CONSULT HIM EVEN IF YOUR LIFE IS AT STAKE. COZ he will surely make it worse. Negative rating.
