Over all experience was good.At this tariff rooms are okay,clean washroom.All staffs behaviour good and specially Manager was very helpfull.
But the room service is not up to the mark and the Complimentary breakfast is very poor.everyday the same food item delivered by the restaurant and the food taste and quality very bad.We had to go outside for breakfast.
Please rectified those point.The hotel environment rooms quality everything is fine and the helpfull Manager,for these reasons I gave 5 star....Hope for better in future.

I stayed here for four nights earlier this year in June with access to the Hotel level and was really blown away by this hotel. The rooms are absolutely amazing. Huge, modern, and clean. Bathrooms - modern and spacious. The Hotel had great views and served great drinks/food. Room service was delicious.

I was denied for a soap for two days saying there is no stock. After requesting also my room want cleaned. Evening after giving the keys I was told that keys weren't given as a reason for not cleaning. AC isn't working properly rooms are very shaby. Price for tea Rs 100. Water was RS 30 and was charged 40. Worst hotel in either West India that I've ever stayed. Shivganga is a better hotel where I shifted later. Please don't stay in corbiz.
