Worst experience regarding the service i have ever encountered.
In meals they forgot that some items are not served, we had to remind them that some items are not yet. Also serving portion is very less, if we ask for the refill they bring in small vessels, rather then bringing in large portion. We also ordered masala dosa and then they forgot that we also ordered masala dosa inspite of reminding them so many times at Last we had to cancel the order. We didn't even had the full dinner because we were tired of waiting and feeling insulted. Also they were under staffed servers and waitrs are one only. There was a tall guy in the billing counter, not sure if that was the owner or not, but in the middle of the meal i am calling him for refill and to give more order he just saw and ignored. If he is the owner then he should hire a professional manager to maintain and if he not then the owner should fire him. And at last when I complaint to him about the service he just started giving excuses this and that and just excuses.

Now a days people first prefer service and if you can't provide one then the place is most likely to close within months

I would not call this place authentic, i have lived in south india for almost 20years so i would know. But taste was good not bad. Okish.

If they can improve their services then there is chance that a large foot fall will follow, if not it will be closed within months.

Staff were friendly ambiance is very nice food is good but not authentic (my wife is from Chennai), the prices are on very high side, and Thali is not unlimited which is priced at 399+taxes we were pack of 3(including 4year kid) out bill was 800+

The food was delicious we went for a small vacation to Raipur for family meet
And decided to celebrate, heard it was newly launched..so we go there,had dinner & the food is so delicious also the vibe is so good that’s why we decided to go next day for breakfast and we had unlimited for @99
Could you imagine just for 99 they serve full portions for breakfast…
Overall I highly recommend….
Must try turnip cake,dumplings and sushi..and for noodles there chilly garlic one..
Breakfast samosa and Tatte idly
Oh love that chutney…
