Worst and fraudulent service by the credit card department, they usualy target 50+ age customer and even after saying no, they issue credit card just by saying life time free service ,just give n sms to confirm your adress, never go for this branch. And after issueing card these people dont even recieve the customer calls , even they auto confirmed the auto debit annual charges, i dont know who ppl gave them the rights. ill definitely lodge this issue to ombudsman.

Wrost branch, employees are not all concerned about customer. Employees take break whenever they want. The cash counter lady is very arrogant and always unavailable when you need her most. She acts as if she's the branch manager and has to do everything. Other employees don't give a s**t about their duties and would give lame excuses everytime. Overall, complete waste of time and energy. I will soon close my all accounts from this bank.

Location of the branch is good. Sufficient parking area. Helping nature of employees. Less rush at pick hours. Easy and convenient banking... Very good service... Totally satisfied...
