This hospital is easily noticeable from main road but the management of this hospital looks messy
Doctors weren’t that professional
The medical stores looks greedy

Poor behaviour of their receptionist, they are so rude. When we asked them on phone (customer care number given on google) about the cost of consultation, they responded "it is free for the first consultation, follow ups are chargable" then when we went to the hospital, and asked them about this offer, receptionist refused and when we called back to customer care and gave phone to receptionist i don't know what they talked about, they told me there is some miscommunication, we legit reconfirmed it multiple times earlier. It's not about 400 rs, we can surely pay that, but it's about lying.

Hospital is good, Dr. are also good but staffs are very slow. Specially lady staffs are taking their own time. No value of others time. Hospital authority should do something on it. Too much delay. Otherwise good eye hospital.
