Horrible services,had ordered some blood tests yesterday, was told the collecting person would come at 7 am, it's 3 pm now,nobody has come for sample collection,i have already paid,customer care just responds with a forwarding request,the person who was to come for sample collection doesn't pick up.phone,they are totally useless.
Never go to SRL diagnostics.
They are all fraud.
They don't even deserve a 1 star,but you can't write a review without giving a star.

Worst worst worst !!!!!
Never prefer this diagnostics. It doesn't even deserve a single star. It has been more than 4 days and I haven't got my reports. Usually what happens is wherever you give the samples the test procedure occurs there itself, specially when it is a diagnostics center. But they send the samples to some different lab then the reports are made in different lab, which makes this process very lengthy.
Also, since 2 days I am trying to contact the customer care but I could not talk to anyone. The service is very poor. Don't fall for such qualities like "it is India's largest diagnostics" and all that. It is all just a trap.
I suggest everyone to not go there for any kind of test. Its worst !!

Once u book the tests through their app, they won't come to you for taking saple, even after talking to customer care no one came for sample collection or no buddy called.
Never book any test from them, I use to avail diagnostic services from Lal path, since SRL came to raipur I thought of giving a try.
Highly Disappointed...
