Pharmacy store taking too long to get your medicine. We have waited for minimum 50-60 minutes to get our medicine. The problem is-
1)They have less staff at pharmacy(literally 1 person)
2)The pharmacist opens store at 10-11AM by that time there are bunch of lists pending before him to clear.
3)Pharmacist take 10-12 min to get your medicine.
4)Accept only Cash for ANY transaction.
5)You have to be there present in the line to get your medicine, it’s not like “Bhaiya nikal ke rakh dena mai thodi der me aa ra hu” they simply don’t.
6)Medical staff sends all the list/patient wards all at once to the pharmacy.
The main concern is with the Management of the Hospital, no problem with working of the medical staff yet.
