I went to get cake for mother’s day. When i saw there were 2 roses on the cake but after opening it at home only one rose was present. I mean why to remove it while packing it? Ain’t you already charged for it and then you remove it while packing. This is so ridiculous. This is not the first time I am having bad experience from this store. Check with your staff this is what happening with the customers. Before packing there is something else and then at the end we get this. People who still go and buy stuff do check it again before leaving . It might not be big deal for others but it is for me. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.

They are not interested in taking orders of cake for home delivery, it was my sister’s birthday and i had to order a surprise cake for her. They were not interested in making customise cakes, not even interested to share the designs they can make. After making full payment , they did late in delivery by saying “ aap ka order deliver karna bhool gaye”, Kiran ji, who took my order said this. And the epic part was that, the cake box had fungus on that and when I complained about that kiran ji said “ box me fungus hai na, cake me to kuch nai hai” !!!!!!

Amit ji tried his best to handle that incident by sending us another fresh cake but it was too late as the celebration was over. So we didn’t accept the cake and got refund . Thankyou Amit ji fir your efforts.
