Worst customer handling, unprofessional staff, i had visited and asked for test drive and they provided me with the test drive after two and half hours after my call( I called them and said that I had booked for a test drive and after that they remembered me that I had asked them for a test ride) , they didn't even call me for asking rather m gona buy the bike or not, even when I visit there was no one to entertain as an executive, after that I planned for ktm, my suggestion is don't buy any product for chhattisgarh bilaspur Suzuki two wheeler, go for ktm or any other brand

They provide spares on time neither concerned about customer experience plus mechanics don't give details of vehicle issues properly.

I bought Access 125 Special edition back in October 2020 from here and After visiting showroom for 2 mandatory services and one running inspection service, i can say they are very good at after sale service, i saw many negative reviews regarding service quality and time taken but i have visited 3 times for service and everytime my Scooty got serviced within 2 hours ( I'm talking about general maintenance service) if your vehicle needed much more services then required time can be 5-6 hours, so please go with minimum 2 hours time window for normal service like complete wash, oil change and minimal repairs and filters cleaning. There's a waiting room to spend time if you are staying till your vehicle get serviced. staff is friendly and cooperative , I'll add more to my review after couple of services !
