Shrishti Infrabuild Pvt Ltd is the worst real estate developer in Bilaspur. They can do anything for their means and are always right in their statement. They don't have the necessary papers before entering into any agreement. There is huge difference in their words and deeds. Work in Progress during project development is very slow. Before execution of basic infrastructure like road, sewerage, electricity etc they will ask you for major payment towards your house. As well they require upfront money in advance without work being executed. No coordination between their own teams. Accounts team will harras you vigorously for payment and you will go through mental agony. Be cautious and careful before entering into any contract with SIBPL.

Addition: I have been scrolling through the reviews and found that most of the reviews have been posted by their own employees.
