The hotel rooms were very nice and clean.
But the hotel staff and services were extremely bad.
They were just not understanding my requirements and on day 1 they even lied to me.
Charged me 5000rs for a suite but gave me another room. I had to check in at 2AM so I did not have another option.
I had to compromise.
Also, you can ask anything from the staff till 10PM- 11PM, after that you will not get water if you ask anyone. Because there will be NO ONE at the reception.
Everyone just leaves the hotel and there is one to entertain any requests or requirements.
The guard gave me the room key when I checked in at 2AM.
That's how pathetic they were.

It’s fine for a quick one night sleep. Though we made a mistake of hosting Sangeet ceremony at this location.
This hotel has absolute minimal staff (1-2 people). Free breakfast is quite ridiculous. Breakfast runs into lunch because service is super slow.

Communication is a problem. The owner don’t want to take responsibility of such bad service and deny to help occasionally.

The receptionist meenu was very helpful. Though I’m never going to this hotel again

Location wise.. it is one of the best hotels you can find in city.
Service is really not upto mark... But food is really good.. if they get the staff and make the work properly.. can be one of good hotels in city.

Rooms are decent.. washrooms have leakege issue... That needs to be taken care of on priority as a lot of water wastage takes place.

Roof top has nice ambience and food is good just the service that needs alot of improvement.
