When you reach at your hotel at 3 am in the morning you're not sure what is likely to happen. We were addressed at the reception by our front desk person who called us by name and escorted us directly to the rooms, we did not have to go through a typical check in process, everything was handled with the customer in mind. The stay was very comfortable. I liked everything about this wonderful hotel. It exceeded my expectations in every way. The service was truly outstanding, the whole staff went out of their way to make me feel more comfortable. The decor, the food, and the rooms were all top-notch!
P.S. Don’t forget to visit the 10 Downing Fine Dine restaurant.

Do not be fooled by the pretty pictures. The hotel is run by a bunch of dishonest bozos. Rooms are in poor condition...bedsheets have stains and mattresses are way past their usable lifespan. Banquet halls' tables chairs and cutlery is in terrible shape. Weekend nights music from club on top floor can be heard in the main lobby 6 floors down...good luck trying to catch a wink of sleep in that madhouse.

Great Food, Great Ambience and Great Service. This place simply exudes class and is absolutely perfect for a special occasion. The staff is very well trained and do their job perfectly, with no glitches or blunders. The food is amazing in the true sense. Chicken in “Altius Ka Atta Chicken” is one of my personal favorites. The portions are good and the preparations are brilliant. The aroma and the taste make you feel they have chosen the right Chef for the job. The ambience created really adds to it all, making you think "yeah this is what a good restaurant should be like" All in all one of the best multi cuisine restaurants in town, plus its a class apart in terms of the experience.
