Absolutely disappointed. Cleanliness of room, bedlinen, bathroom everything was much below the standards expected from OYO Hotels. Room was littered with cigarette butts, mach sticks, empty liquor bottles, plastic glasses and a thick layer of dust. Inspite of telling the staff on duty many times to get the room cleaned, it was not done till midnight. No drinking water kept in the room. No breakfast served in the hotel and I was asked to go and have Aloo Parantha and Dal in a nearby tea stall.

No one should visit this pathetic place. The bathroom water seeps out of the place and the entire room becomes dingy. Bedhseets are never updated, they remain dirty and are never replaced unless we tell them. The pricing that the staff tells you will differ from person to person. When I visited the bathroom even did not have a light or bulb. Unless this is the last hotel room left in Chandigarh, you should avoid this at all cost.

Worst Hotel in Chandigarh, near railway station. They take booking get the full payment and deny room on arrival. Nobody is responsible. Rude staff. Not safe for family and children. Had to get the help of police to shift to a new place at midnight. They have not refunded the amount too. Oyo also has not taken any action. Don't book.... they will spoil your trip and stay. Government should take necessary action to stop such exploitation of the tourists.
