I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Hotel Kailash Palace for a short visit and I was impressed with my experience. The property is located in sector 22c and is easy to find. There are plenty of options for food nearby. I booked a super premium room and was pleased to find it was extremely clean. The staff were helpful and the check-in process was a breeze, taking only 2 minutes. The room was equipped with a geyser, the heater wasn't available(it's also not mentioned, I was just expecting), but it was not needed as the rooms were well insulated.The only downside to my stay was that the hotel is located on a busy road, so there was some noise from outside and the sound from outside doors was audible. However, considering the cost of the stay, I believe the value was appropriate. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Booked a premium deluxe suit for my solo trip for 3 nights. The stay was good and pleasant. What I have faced is -kitchen is provided but not sure what time the food available because whenever I asked they said cook isn't there. After 11pm no kitchen available.
Pros-
1. Cleaned rooms
2. Services
3. All the amenities are available based on given price point.

Cons-
1. No lift (senior citizen might face some issues)
2. Hotel is at 1st floor. So u might face some problem reaching reception as there is no lift provided.
3. Blankets are heavy and uneven (not at all feel comfortable) yes u can replace with new one which I didn't complained though I have my own blanket with me.
4. Dining restaurant is not there as mentioned.

As I grabbed my bag to leave (the manager, the only English speaking staff member) stopped me and five minutes later checked me in with no problem, it was very confusing. I wanted to book an extra night extension, they claimed there was no availability but I could see that there was. Many reviews highlight cockroach sightings and I also killed a cockroach within five minutes of checking in. The bedsheets had stains on them. Despite turning on the geyser and waiting, hot water never came. The staff calls all the rooms from 8 AM with no thought to if you are still sleeping. Between 8-8.30 three calls were made to my room, the phone to other rooms could also be heard. Noise isolation in the room is minimal, conversations and people on their phones playing videos can be heard clearly. With these exceptions the room was relatively clean and the AC/fan was very good, it's an average budget hotel if you book with not high expectations, good enough for a short stay if you are on a budget. I would probably book again if it was clear my booking would be respected as an international tourist.
