A good hotel having good rooms and specific spaces in the room. They have a good washroom in the rooms. Moreover, the hotel is situated in the centre of the city beautiful Opp sector 35, the price or very nominal which could be between 1500 to 2001 must go For budgeted hotels can try this one. I went last month. I was satisfied with the room. They also have the buffet as well in the breakfast.

Good value for money hotel. Room was good with balcony and clean toilets with toiletries were provided. I'm deducting one star coz I had to ask them to change the bedsheets and pillow cover which they had not replaced deliberately once their previous guests left.

Hotel is at a good location. There is parking facility available but that is common for whole sector 22 market and is chargeable. Charges are 14 rupee per entry or you can opt for 70 rupee whole day pass if you are planning for multiple entry/exits.
Room was in the okayish to decent territory. Bathroom was smelly and I saw a cockroach as well in the bathroom. Later we found out that the smell was due to a cigarette butt in the bathroom dustbin. Which just reveals that they didn't bother to change the dustbin garbage bag. The saving grace was that their service was good. Didn't try any of their food so can't comment about that.
