Since I am the OIC at this polyclinic, I would like you all to post cooments and suggestions to further improve the services here. Any complaint against any of the staff including me will be entertained and suitably replied in due course

This polyclinic has very limited services to offer. Generally patients visit the clinic for referral to bigger hospitals.
Front office staff Reena is very annoying and irritating.Her behaviour is " sadak cchaap". She doesn't know the meaning of customer service. I noticed her bad behaviour with parents of our defence personnel. Other staffs are good except idiot Reena.
