Today I went to pay road tax for my commercial vehicle, the worker sitting in counter number 1, he was very rude to me because he knew that I was unable to pay road tax online as there was some technical problem. He told me that you should do it by yourself no need to come here. After that he accepted the money for tax and not returning the money back. When I asked him to return,he gave but keeping stone on his heart. Please behave politely.

Ugliest corruption, they use illegal trick to fail you even if you drive well.
People who have already bribed, will put that signature and go, for others, they will either tell to come soon other day, or take the test and ask some tricky road signage question to fail you. ( Which is outside the scope of driving skill treat and come under lea learners licence test )

Staffs here are arrogant and not supportive. I faced many issues here . Counter were vaccant and no one was there to answer my questions related to my quarries. Need to maintain hygiene. Staffs should be more polite as they are for people's service.
Keep time in your hand if you are going there for some work.
