I actually was searching for a big zero to give DTDC purnea branch..Because either DTDC staff in Bihar or for that matter any courier service in Bihar does not know how u work with computers and so your courier status does not get updated..I have sent couriers from DTDC Srinagar to Chennai and it has got delivered in 3 working days..but here a mail till Kolkata has not been delivered since Nov 12..The staff of Purnea is just like that..People of Bihar have learnt to live with it

U can send parcels from here. They have delivery range that is they deliver in selected places only not anywhere in purnia. This can make you suffer as whether they will deliver in your area or not totally depends on them and your parcel can go undelivered.
