Very bad service.... They didn't give delivery on time... And also when I asked to give it on other day as there is always 3 attempts of delivery... The delivery boy gets rude.... Even the delivery boy never be on network... I tried to much to contact with him... But I faile.... Very poor service...

Note : This review is about the Management staff .
It is not about the delivery men .I respect them, they are doing there best .

I had the worst experience last week during big billion day sale ,My courier reached purnia on oct 4th but they refuse to deliver the product ,i went to the office twice . Every time they refused to deliver the product .All they did was giving any lame excuse.
Finally they took 5 days to deliver my product .
Note - The office is now shifted to a new location ,in Maranga,near Bijendra public school .
