After attending a ring ceremony at this hotel today, I can say confidently that it is a very bad hotel. The rude behavior of staffs and manager will completely spoil your function. After arriving your guests the manager will completely change their plans.

We controlled over our anger otherwise the rude and bad behaviour of staffs and manager had completely planned to spoil our function.????????

It's yours function not theirs so please think before booking this hotel for your special day or special occasion .

I had attended ring ceremony last week . Very worst experience till ever. Receptionist is such an uneducated . He does not know how to behave with guest. At booking time, he says-everything will happen in best way but at time of function, basic things is not given by hotel management like music, light . Staff behaviour is good but receptionist is very bad . He opened this hotel without any degree, first of all , you should learn hotel management course then open any hotel , banquet or restaurant any thing.
