It was a very good experience. Hotel room is good, services are satisfactory but above all the staff is very helpful and cooperative. Special thanks to Mr. Abhishek, an employee of the hotel, he was very generous and helpful. After my checkout, when I came to pick my stuff, I needed to use the room again as I was having my menstrual cycles and had a long train journey after that, he immediately agreed to help and provided me the room immediately without any extra payment.

Totally recommended. Hospitality business must be hospitable for everyone.

The staff are unfriendly and sometimes rude. They were asking for money on our check out for the ac remote and other more things, when those things were already not there when checked in. We told them so but still the were falsely accusing us for stealing there remote like seriously we stayed at their hotel for 32 days and now they are accusing us of stealing and telling us to pay extra. That's not all, they didn't allowed us to take breakfast in our room. They are not at all respectful. I would rather prefer stay at a 1 star hotel then there. When we arrived at the hotel room the ac was not working, even the shower was not working. And we complained they sended their mechanic after two days. They also didn't provide us new shower, we literally had to buy it ourselves and fix it. I am regretting ever staying at their hotel.

Nice standard Hotel in Patna. Rooms are clean and well decorated with furnishings. Food excellent. Specially Chicken Home Style. Expenses are moderate. Surely recommend to stay here. Additional advantage of multiplex cinema ???? on the same property.
