I booked this hotel for my daughter’s 1st birthday. The person named Karishma was very rude. AC was not cooling the whole room. Water served was so warm. I would never recommend this place.

I attended one of my friends' event here and the food management was very poor. Most of the guests were not able to eat properly because they were inefficient in bringing the dish to the dining area. Not recommended.
