The store is beautiful and you can roam around and try out products without someone sitting on your head. The staff are very pleasant and helping. The products look very premium but the delivery time is very high.

Pepperfry sells average products at premium price. Still if you like something and you place order , it might take upto 30 days just to get it delivered. And if somehow you did not like the product in terms of comfort or make , you will have a nightmare in returning it. So guys it is better to buy from shops where you touch and feel the product before buying them not like Pepperfry so called studios where just few items are kept and rest all things you have to chose just looking at the photos because quality can not be decided until checked in person before paying.

They also overcharge in terms of delivery and assembly by carpenter. I have observed even if they give 50% discount they are costlier than the retail shops in the market. So guys save yourself from such brand.
