Giving 1 star's... because they did not offer 1 kg free sugar on shopping of 2000. there is no terms and conditions marked on the signage. But after billig they started saying that the item was on markdown so we can't give you. The way of CHEATING the customer is the old style of reliance. You are making FOOL to the customer. FRAUD activity by reliance smart bazar today. No home delivery available.

The departmental store does not seem to be customer friendly. The overall atmosphere is indicative of indifference. The staff is not helpful.
The quality of the perishsbles, especially the vegetables is not up to mark.
The offers are misleading.
The manpower deployment is not customer oriented. The cash counter deployment is inadequate.

Pathetic Service of Smart Bazaar... They promise to deliver in one day and deliver your product in 3 days... I recommend better take grocery items from local kirana store rather than pathetic Smart Bazaar...
