Really having very painful and bad experience after purchasing AC from here. The store representative tricked me that after purchase installation will be done 3rd day from date of purchase and the price includes the installation fee also.
But the installation never happens 3rd day as promised and still I am waiting for the installation to happen.
The store representatives are randomly assigning any guy and telling a guy will come for the installation but the guy first checks for installation fee (which I had already paid) and the he never comes.
Now I have a AC but no installation since 5 days the product is purchased.
I hope TATA Chroma comes to Patna, they are very professional and do things professionally. This store doesn't deliver as promised. So, better to avoid this store if you want better service.

This is very good store for bye all kinds of electronics products like smart TV smartphone laptop freezer washing machine purifier oven and most kind of electronic accessories

It's one of the best reliance digital stores in Patna because staff's behaviour is phenomenal and also they are cooperative and help you in choosing the perfect product.
Here you can buy all kinds of electronic appliances such as Tv , refrigerator, washing machine, cooler, AC,etc.
You can also buy smartphone and laptop too and also other electronics gadgets.
It combines of three floor ,1st floor is mainly for smartphones and speakers.
2nd floor is for laptop Ac and refrigerator and 3rd floor is for Washing machine and kitchen appliances.
But if you wanna smartphone then there is only oppo Vivo and samsung phones are available because these are mainly offline centric. So if you wanna OnePlus,realme and Motorola then you have to buy through online store of RELIANCE DIGITAL or simply buy through Amazon or Flipkart.
So it's a good place to buy all your product at one place and also there is several kind of payment options available such as UPI , DEBIT card, credit card and many more ,you can buy through emi too.
So at last I would like to rate it 5/5.
