Problem - Samsung M21 stuck on logo

Two options were offered -
1. 700rs - Short term solution, phone will start but no guarantee how long it would work.

2. 2000rs - permanent solution, IC change

Went for the permanent solution and paid 2,000

Phone repaired on 24th January with 1 month warranty.

23rd February, same problem again. Went to the shop on 24th February, response - 30 days warranty finished a day before.

So called Permanent solution lasted 30 days. Phone is useless again.

Wasted 2000!

If there’s chance of repair failing don’t sell it as permanent solution, permanent solution shouldn’t fail in 30 days.

Blatantly refusing to honour the warranty because customer reached the shop a day late is acceptable on paper but as a business person you should be a bit relaxed in such cases and provide best possible solution rather than refusing outright.

Thnku so much for repaire my redmi 9 phone better quality in best price. And original display change with 3months touch warranty.

Service centre return my phone because my phone was dead then I searched this shop and he say don't worry I will save your data and getting proper working condition smoothly my phone Samsung M21.
