Room not clean properly

Shows AC room, wifi on oyo app but there was no AC and the wifi was without internet recharge. Room was very unhygienic.
Oyo customer support is itself very pathetic. They pick the call and after listening the problem they will transfer the call to some department where the call will just remain on hold forever.

The receptionist is very rude. Don't believe on online price. The greedy receptionist charge for extra money ( lagta hai ki jaise uska ba...p paisa chhorkar gya ho). I booked an online room for 449 ₹ . I paid 115 ₹ for confirmation then. But during check in, they demanded 500 ₹ . Not only this , during check out they demanded for 334 ₹ again.
I would strictly recommend not to visit here.
