On road location, rooms are small but quite , have lift ... But need cleanliness ... There was very bad smell from rooms bed and others
accessories....
No towels were there, had to ask twice then got a moist towel. Ac did not work properly.....

Could not find any plus point except the location. Receptionist was rude. we had to wait for 2hrs to check in as rooms were sold out according to her but saw few guests check in meantime. Bed linen of previous guest was not changed. No towels were there, had to ask twice then got a moist towel. Ac did not work properly and on the last day of my 5 day stay it was switched off from outside. Restaurant charged mineral water bottle arbitrarily, 40,50,60 as per their wish. Though breakfast was complementary I had to call min thrice to deliver to my room that too with the additional charge of 20rs. Hotel tariff is high and their services are worst what a great combination.
