Worst experience ever. My prepaid booking was cancelled upon reaching Patna. Our family was stranded till we finally managed to get the OYO and MMT customer cares to get us into a new hotel. Never ever would I recommend this place to any traveller. Patna has been facing these issues for quite some time now. Beware customers.

Rooms are not good. Bathroom and Room both are attached with reception. You can easily listen the receptionist voice. He asked me for some tips without any reason. They didn't provide complementary breakfast till I didn't ask.
