People in this service centre are corrupt. They just want to extract money out of you. I had a problem of display flickering. And without checking anything like display driver, bios, external display checking, they just said you have to replace display. At least they should go through these checkpoints. I mean this is so disgusting. Please lenovo customer care look after this.

I have visited in Lenoir service center Patna for repairing of my laptop sleeve number is pf3kfesy and have got very fast service thru Katy innotech limited(krishna India's limited Patna) I appreciate to center in charge and technician for the polite behavior and quick serve and response..

The thru karvy service center is very good service provider. I has take installation of new sad from their and observe that very actual charge here instead of another . Karvy staff is very polite and friendly. I am feel good with this Service center and appreciate to lenovo for providing this type of excellence service in patna only.. thank you lenovo..i recommend to all of you for using Lenovo product it's service is very good in kankarbagh patna instead of all other brand. Thanks you again.
