Hospitals are many in patna ...doctors are also very good...Jyotipunj hospital was known for infrastructure and hygiene ....but very poor management of staff and their behaviour is ridiculous....They are literally looting the persons who are having medical claim....I got deluxe room in 5th floor...and it was so small as compared to other deluxe rooms for medical claim....and upon asking why they have not allocated the other deluxe room of having bigger size of the same amount....which was empty when we were admitted....they were speechless and kept saying ask to other departments this is not our job....it is hard to find right things in hospital...everybody keep saying same words....that this is not our job....go and ask to other team.... Harassment is at peak for me....and this hospital is levying parking charges in their own premises...for the people who are admitted...and charges are for full day car parking....100 rupees and for two wheeler it is 25 rupees....it means normally during pregnancy 3-4 days a normal woman is admitted....it means you have to pay additional 400 rupees for same.

This is one of the good hospital for pregnancy and deliveries in Patna but extremely expensive. Doctors are really good and very knowledgeable but facilities are poor. A room for a patient is not apt and as per standards. Also they have not well trained staff to take care of kid and mother after delivery. The family members have to.

Dr. Shipra sinha is the worst doctor in Patna.. Its my strong recommendation to everyone please dont ever go to this hospital. This Dr has no sense how to talk with her patients. she will not give you more than a minute on routine checkups. she will go for all unnecessary reports. when you will ask anything about the condition she will not respond. the patient will be in pathetic state of mind but she doesnt bother. she only needs money.. my pathetic experience at this hospital took me to look for my wife delivery to any other hospital. Its god blessing that we found the right place and both my baby and my wife are healthy. but if they would have been in jyotipunj i cant imagine there condition.. its a pathetic hospital.
