Centrally located one the Fraser road, this hotel is of 5 star standards. Infrastructure, food, service, ambience, everything is just top class.

Totally appreciate the outstanding customer service and hospitality by the hotel staff.

Open terrace view was spectacular as well as the food.

Centrally located one the exhibition road, this hotel is of 5 star standards. Infrastructure, food, service, ambience, everything is just top class. Rooms are big, spacious and very clean. Always a great place to stay in Patna

When I reached Hotel at night after my work at 10.30 pm this was the date of the room. No one bothered to clean the room after we left in the morning. Wanted to talk to the GM of the hotel. No one bothered to connect me to him. Even the RDM mentioned that we have given u early Checkin, does that mean that they will not clean my room. As well as me mentioned that they have given bfast. I mentioned that Bfast is part of the package. After paying for the room this was his Behaviour. He was rude. We stayed on the same room and didn’t took our last days bfast too. I will never go back to this hotel as well as will ask my company not to book this hotel for any of our management team. Even after the same incitement was informs to FO team, the next day too no senior management of the hotel didn’t bothered to contact me for the lapse. Very unfortunate to see this kind of behaviour of staff. Very disappointed.This was very disappointing. No one bothered to change my room that night too. Not a single water bottle was there in room. Sad experience. Mainly the behaviour of the DM/RDM. He must me removed for the hotel for great guest experience. As well as a very unprofessional GM. Only making money is their moto. Guest experience is not important for them.
