Well this banquet and utsav hall is located in Bihar state of India in Patna city, since the location is outside of the market place in the local area.
Overall it is good for the budget planning of marriage ceremonies and meetings (since it is somewhat outside part of the city so not too good a location for meetings) but ok for family types of parties.

Some benefits are:
- Big halls and building is 4 storeys with facilities all available.
- Much more parking space.
- Silence and no more crowd area.

Some modifications needed:
- They should make atleast 2 toilets on each floor as this is major problem they have especially near halls.
- From parking to front gate during little rain it becomes difficult for small cars to ride since slippery roads so that should be graveled.

Very good community marriage hall .very nice place the looking is very beautiful.
