I think it is the best place for CSIR Lifescience preparation. The teaching pace is good. Jitendra Kumar sir repeat the each concept various times that it get stick to your mind as leech and when you hear a single term from that concept it acts like a ligand molecule attaches with its receptor and the signalling starts and you remember all the concept and you respond to the question. You can get one on one attention, good advice, you get proper time to interact in class. While studying with Jitendra sir it seems like your knowledge and concept understanding will increase with time like exponential growth curve in ecology.
