The hospital administration is really bad mannered and arrogant. Instead of co-operating for availing insurance they kept us in dark and at last refused it saying we didn't share our plans. When the investigation wasn't final and proper diagnosis wasn't done, how could I share any plan of further action that i will take for my patient . The pharmacy staff misbehaved on a couple of occasions. Doctors are good but overall experience is a bad one, good for OPD but not for admission.

My grandfather who had severe brain haemorrhage, was admitted in ICU for 7 days and each day the doctor used to give a prescription (on which he used to write "TO PHARMACY") to the relative who's going inside the ICU ward to meet the patient and each day the bill of medicine was around 5k and nobody knows if the medicines were given to the patient, because there were no records of the same and upon asking to the ward boy, the only reply was- "Haa jab mareej ko jaroorat hoti hai tab dete hai". Please be very careful while choosing hospital for your loved ones. It is very disheartening to see such frogery happening everywhere for money.

CNS hospital has a very good infrastructure with the best location of the hospital ???? if I talk about hospital cleanliness then it's quite impressive because the hospital is so neat and clean. The main thing about this hospital stands for best doctors ???? for treatment.
