- Has strong listening skills; is good at gathering information and then clarifying it to the student .
- Does not jump in straight away with the answer but rather makes sure that one has fully understood the issue by clarifying and reflecting.
-Gives time and space for the student to try out things and does not get angry about mistakes
- Provides constructive feedback in order to help the student improve on weak areas
-Has high emotional intelligence; is good at understanding and relating to all types of people

Ansh commerce academy is indeed one of the most brilliant coaching institutes in bihar . Ansh commerce academy gives us complete knowledge of each subject and to further strengthen , it takes sufficient number of tests also. There is no reason for me not to give this place a 5 star
