I recently had an appointment at the district registry office in Muzaffarpur, Bihar for marriage registration on May 8th, 2023. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience and felt both proud and hopeful. Previously, I had dreaded going to government offices, but this time was different. I want to express my appreciation and applause for the following points:

1. The entire office was air-conditioned, which made it bearable for both the staff and the public during the summer.
2. The Jeevika didi canteen offered tasty snacks at reasonable prices.
3. The waiting room was newly constructed, had enough seating capacity, a book library, paintings of eminent personalities, and trivia on the wall explaining the great history of Bihar. All of these improvements were made under the leadership of Mr. Rakesh Kumar.
4. The waiting area and canteen area were well-cleaned and maintained proper sanitation.
5. I was able to directly speak with Mr. Rakesh Kumar, who walked me through the entire process from documentation to registration without the need for any middlemen.

Overall, I was impressed with the helpful and humble attitude of the government officials, as well as their visible efforts to improve office infrastructure and streamline processes. Kudos to the district registry office in Muzaffarpur!

Very happy to have visited here for work…the office staff and registrar Mr. Rakesh kumar are professional and cooperative. They have recently developed a high class waiting room for common people and I must say I was thoroughly impressed with the Air conditioned waiting room with a cafeteria that serves food and beverages at reasonable price which is as good as patna airport. Excellent experience overall and we need more of this in other government offices.

Recently visited this place, always full of public. Land registration works are done here. Behaviour of staff depends on how much money you are spending. Problem of link is matter of concern. Else everything is fine. Chilled water is also available inside the office.
