I have been to this office for some queries and clarification from the officer responsible to my matter, collectoriate is a place where all the heads and subordinates of different departments of district administration sit, but they have function under district magistrate and all the district magistrates of administrative division work under the commissioner, this is the hiarchy of the administration in a distinct.

I don't know about inside work but area of this area is good, clean.

Actually the concerned officials make the experience good our bad. I found both kinds of people. So the experience is quite mixed not too good not bad.
