Worst experience. I went there for a simple issue of earphones not working. They let me sit for more than an hour. Didn't helped at all. They just told use website to register complain. If I have to register a complain why the hell I would come to this damn place in rain. One of them were like call customer care from where you have purchased the product. Please don't go there otherwise they will just told you to do it by yourself which you could even do at home.

Very very Bad service, I request you all to never visit It care,
They are fraud and looters,
They demand more and more money from customers and mechanical team is also worst
The behaviour of the owner is very rude And unprofessional....

1. Staffs are very polite
2. Quick service

I had realme slim laptop screen flickering issue and went different realme service centre and they denied service and finally got service here. My laptop get repaired in very quick time.
