Nice and the first MRI and CT scan center of muzaffarpur.Parking is major problem in juran Chapra . But I will recommend Anupam MRI and CT Scan .

Poor quality and staff

The quality of service and investigation has degraded. They made me wait for hours together. There is no confirmed timing of Doctor's arrival. They called me at 10 AM and made me wait till 2 PM even though I had a prior appointment.

The place is very dirty and not regularly cleaned. Surely a big NO at the time of Corona. The staff needs basic training on how to talk to a patient.

Worst place. Just after entering their premises you will feel as if u have stepped inside some shabby government building void of modern facilities. They accept only cash as the mode of payment. They won't answer your calls. There are 3 contact numbers mentioned on their envelopes. 2 of those don't work at all, perhaps they have put their old numbers. And the third number will go unanswered for most of the times.
